Youngcombe is the original early Victorian farmhouse for the surrounding farmland. Only one mile from the main Kingsbridge/Salcombe road and two miles from Kingsbridge, it is approached by a private country lane and is a quiet, charming and very rural retreat. A delightful and convenient base for exploring the glorious South Devon coastline, the lovely nearby beaches and interesting local towns including the fishing and sailing town of Salcombe.
A delightful town to stroll around in with many interesting shops, pubs, restaurants and a twice weekly market, is a five minute drive away. Other facilities in the town include supermarkets, garage, cinema and an excellent leisure centre with a large indoor pool. The Rivermaid ferry sails daily to Salcombe between May and October and runs estuary cruises in the evenings.
Is a 10 minute drive away where there is an excellent golf course, beautiful beaches and lovely cliff walks.
